Students

It's possible to rent by the room, or for three or four people to rent a property together. Our student accommodation is only available to full-time students on courses that last for the full academic year - i.e. at least to May 2024.

One-Beds

In addition to our student properties, we have one-bedroom flats in the city centre and Leith.

We also have properties (accommodating up to six) available for the Edinburgh Festival.
