What is provided at the property?

Our one-bedroom properties are fully furnished. It's sometimes possible to let a property part-furnished but we're unable to remove large pieces of furniture (sofas etc). Crockery, cutlery, glasses etc are available, as is bedding, if required. All our properties have a washing machine.

What is/isn't included in the rent?

The rent doesn't include utility charges or Council Tax.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

The deposit is one month's rent. It'll be lodged, as legally required, with My Deposits Scotland throughout your tenancy.

What are you looking for in prospective tenants?

You'll have to meet our minimum income criteria and pass a credit check. We'll also require a reference from a recent landlord.
